Master’s degree in human resource with Minimum 8 years of hands on experience working as an Analyst within the HR department.
Providing analysis of various Human Resource programs and initiatives and performing Human Resource administrative work for the HR Operations team.
Collect and analyze data to track trends and developments in assigned functional areas.
Prepare periodic HR reporting for HR MESCAT on defined HR parameters.
Support in consolidating any information / reports requested from HR Managers in Op Cos.
