BSEE or BS degree in a technical field of study.
In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of experience in field support.
6 years of experience with design & development, product test, or field support for BGA avionics products.
Provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers.
Extensive customer facing experience.
Experience in the industry is mandatory.
Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact.
Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint.
Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management & Call Center Management is required.
