Job Overview

Overall objective • Lead the development and grow the business in Key Accounts in Center and East of KSA

2) Key Tasks Key Customer Management • Setting-up sales objectives and forecast (annual plans) by category/ SKU • Follow-up on sales force (routing, daily reports,…) • Securing in-Store execution excellence in terms of Share-of-Shelf, Brand and Merchandising guidelines as per customers annual agreement • Implementation of Listing follow-up systems of existing range and NPDs • Plan and coordinate promotional projects and activations as per the calendar of the Key Retailer • Execute all Marketing/Trade Marketing activities with all accounts • Monitor stock holding of Key customers and implement system of periodic stock monitoring by store through utilizing existing resources (customers websites, merchandising inventory, manual inventory checks, etc..) • Analyze and report customer performance through all levels (by store, by category, etc…) and define and implement corrective measures in case of deviations versus targets • Ensure in-time execution of all orders coming through customer systems • Align and prepare regular and ad-hoc business reviews with key accounts/ top management • Prepare and negotiate annual Trade meetings with Key Clients • Monitoring and benchmarking of trade rebates and net pricing and define areas of improvement • Prepare and monitor Key account charts under the aspect of customer profitability • Support the development of suitable product assortment and price positioning • Monitoring and reporting of local market and competitive activities
