    Description:

    Robbert Murray is working in partnership with a global Energy company based in Casablanca, Morocco, who require a Plant General Manager.

    The Plant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of Plant Operation and Maintenance, including P&L responsibility. Responsible for maintaining a competent, well-trained staff. Responsible for training, plant safety, environmental compliance, policy administration and has purchasing authority for required materials and services.

    The Project is developed on a Build, Own, Operate, Transfer (“BOOT”) basis. This is a Greenfield ultra-supercritical coal-fired generation facility.

    Responsibilities
    - Promotes productivity and teamwork with open communication, timely decision making, and use of leadership skills to set high standards of performance, while providing the direction necessary to achieve performance.
    - Manages all business aspects of assigned area to maximize competitive position of the plant including operational performance, staff development and cost management.

    Description:

     Reports To: General Manager based in Jordan

    Subordinates:  All Slaughterhouse team, in addition to Deputy Slaughterhouse Manager, Assistant Slaughterhouse Manager, and Production Manager.

    The Main Purpose of the role:
